Many complained about misleading or nonexistent amenities, especially the breakfast and airport shuttle. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location near the airport and some found the staff friendly or accommodating. Cleanliness and service were the most common concerns, with only a handful of positive remarks about room size or value for price.
