The staff is very helpful. Baggage storage room is a must for me. This place is great and the best in Juarez for the money.

Breakfast buffet was included in my room rate, and I have to say it was quite good. The coffee was above-average (they advertise that they serve Starbucks), and they had a wonderful picadillo dish, along with everything else normally expected in a Mexican breakfast.
The location was just a bit inconvenient for my needs - a tiny bit difficult to get into and out of the property, but i'm not 100% sure that's their fault. The pillows were a bit too soft for my comfort, but I'm pretty picky.
