Pros (+) My wife and I got a special price which included parking (worth $72!). We had to stay one night downtown and chose the hotel for the convenience and value. We were grateful to be surprised by excellent staff, excellent facilities and excellent service. We would go back in a heartbeat. Location is exceptional for anything downtown, especially Michigan Ave and holiday shopping.

Pros (+) Valet person was very nice
Cons (-) Room was dirty. Had corn nuts and used tissues on floor. We heard the entire conversations of the room next door and we knew hey could hear us so we couldn’t be ourselves.

Pros (+) Really enjoyed the stay here, very comfortable and a great location for the price. I needed to make a last minute update to stay a few more nights as my travel was cancelled due to weather. The employees were extremely helpful in letting me keep the same room and at the same rate.
Cons (-) Stayed on the same floor as the pool, so some noisy kids were expected
