Extremely helpful front desk. The bartender was very friendly. The bar manager who was also very friendly suggested an Italian restaurant which proved to be one of the best ever. The room was very nicely appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was close to restaurants and coffee shops. Millennium Park was just up the street. the hotel is also very close to the starting point for the free walking tour which featured buildings around the loop. The bar was comfortable and the drink prices where very reasonable during the long happy hour.
We are on the 7th floor so the shower pressure was just ok. There was minimal drawer space to store one's clothes. The closet was fine for hanging clothes. Neither issue affected the overall quality of the facility.
Bed was very comfortable

People were super helpful, large room, location easy walking distance to millennium park, shopping, restaurants
