The vehicle outside had been keyed heavily. No one from the staff came out to inspect the vehicle with us. This was a Dodge Caravan and literally, the passenger side sliding door came off the track and was not able to close completely. Cons:
I was given a upgrade that was a Chevy Tahoe rather than a midsize SUV. But that Tahoe had a leaky tire with three plugs in it and I had to keep pulling over and refilling the tire on on a long drive. Also they gave me a car that did not have the left rear turn signal working. Then when I went to turn the car in they said that I had change the car and they charge me $2000 instead of the 299 a week. I’m very disappointed. I will not be using national car rental again.2.0 Poor
