Pros:
Staff very unfriendly and condescendant. We came at 4:00 pm, no one wanted to process to the check in. In the end, no car for us. Apparently, my card wasn’t appropriate for the deposit transaction. I felt very uncomfortable there, and I’m never gonna coming back again.Cons:

Car was relatively new and had no issues. Drop off took a few minutes.Cons:
Customer service is very unpleasant, not polite, and rude at times. Drop off was relatively fast but pick up takes forever per person. There are piles of garbage in the parking lot and outside the office.2.0 Poor

They forgot to tell us that the drop off location was closed on the day we were supposed to return the car. We called them and their answer was:"what do you want, we're closed!". Didn't even try to offer us a solution (other places have drop off 24h even if the office is closed). The car itself needs some more maintenance: the windshield liquid only worked on the passenger side, the computer board was foggy from the inside (humidity I suppose), the car was really struggling going up the hill. The price was higher than quoted bc of insurance charges. I managed to get lower insurance charges since I had insurance on my credit card.Avis

It is written by you, but in small letters at the end of the confirmation. When I got to get the car, it turned out that the cost of renting does not include the basic insurance, and the final price is significantly higher than what was reported on your site.Hertz

The car was ready within one hour of booking online. We could return the car to any location (not sure if there was an additional charge for that option).Cons:
We didn't see anything in the fine print re: mandatory insurance so the total cost was much more than anticipated. We requested dropoff at 6:00pm but was told to dropoff at noon as they weren't open that late (even an extra 2-4 hours would have been helpful). Feel like we got the worst car on the lot, but that wasn't a major concern as we wanted a car quickly.Sunnycars
