Pros:
The staff tried to be helpful. That is the only slightly ok part of the experience. they dint have the car I´ve booked, not a similar neither any 4X4 available. The prices including insurance were away above expected. I had no choice but to move to another company.Cons:
I booked a intermediate 4X4 for a reasonable price. Upon arrival at the airport in Porto velho, with is in the middle of the amazon forest, at the Localiza/Hertz boot I was informed that not only they didn't have the car I´ve booked but that hole category didn't exist in their portfolio.2.0 Mediocre
