Pros:
Car picking and returning is fast, no trouble. The second car I got was new and perfect. I had a little trouble with the first one, but I guess it can happen to anyone. Cars are not perfect. Once I got in contact with one of their people the problem was solved. Recommended.Cons:
I rented a small car. After about 50km the service light lit and the display showed maintenance required. I called the emergency number and after 30min waiting I was told to go and change the car at any agency. I went to the closest AVIS and I got a brand new car (only 13km) from the next bigger class, free upgrade for the trouble. It took me almost 2 hours for changing the car (phone calls, driving, refueling), but everything else was perfect, so no stars deducted.10.0 Excellent

Well, we originally booked an automatic car to pick up in Offenbach, drove all the way there to pick it up, just for them to tell us that the didnt have any automatic. Se they reserved one at the Frankfurt airport for us. Car was great, Service was great, No complaints!2.0 Mediocre
