The associate at the Jackson Hertz was very unhelpful and discourteous. I reserved a mid-size SUV and on the reservation it said, “Jeep Cherokee, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav-4, or similar model.” However, the associate would not let me rent a Jeep Cherokee without paying for an upgrade.8.0 Very Good

I selected the Lakeland Dr office on the map and completed the reservation process. Unfortunately, I did not read the confirmation. Went to pick up the car at the Lakeland Dr and they did not have reserv. The reserv was at a site 20 min away, which was not on map when I selected!Payless

Scheduled pick up for 8pm. They closed at 8pm and no one was able to assist me with rental. I had to cancel and order another car last minute through a different company. I had to pay more and lost 2 hours of time. Called Bridget Whiteman, the supervisor, and she recommended I wait until the next morning to pick up the car.
