7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was outstanding! The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Hotle looked run down for a Hilton. The room smelled musty. Shower lost almost all pressure during the middle of my shower for about a minute.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were great. Friendly staff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice cncenient
Cons: No free breakfasr
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is right next door to a Drago's restaurant.
Cons: The TV in the room skipped every few seconds to the point where it was not feasible to watch.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, helpful staff. We were only there for a night, but the location seemed safe. Close to plenty of fast food options and a Starbucks just down the highway. Very pleased to find a pet-friendly Hilton.
Cons: The entire state seems to be extremely humid in the summer, so everything in the hotel felt damp, even with the A/C at full blast. Nothing that the hotel could do about it, though, as the A/C otherwise worked very well, keeping us cool (if not dry) through the night.
6.0 Good
Pros: Electronic Check In. I can choose my room, and use the app on my phone as a key to get in the room. I never have to see the check in counter. Good location.
Cons: Old rooms. I've stayed here a bunch (I'm a Hilton person), and in general, I find housekeeping sloppy. This time, they forgot to put all the sheets on the bed, exposing the comforter (and you don't want to see what they look like with no sheets).

Pros: Breakfast was great. General decor was good and modern. Staff was helpful when we asked about multiple issues.
Cons: Had double beds when King was reserved. Cable didn't work when we got there. Found out it was due to an employee taking the hdmi cable for a different room. Very close to traffic with a small parking lot, which was not what pictures indicated.

Cons: The toilet in my room had urine on it which made me question the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The shower wasn't clean. I cleaned myself The vanity was really small and tight. We asked for a room with a refrigerator and did not receive one
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: We had a place to rest our head but even then I was worried about my vehicle still being intact in the morning.
Cons: The location was sketchy even though right off the interstate. The staff were not hospitable. I am from Texas so maybe it's just me but from the front desk to the breakfast attendant. She seemed so unhappy to be there. Did not talk or greet guests. I asked for syrup and she just held up the silver containers that milk go into at Starbucks. She did not say a word. The breakfast bar was not well stocked. On the way out my mom still thanked her. The outside was overflowing with beer bottles and trash when we first arrived as it was almost midnight. The trash was still there upon leaving. The pool very small and murky. Don't plan on swimming in this place. More like a wading pool.

4.2 OK
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The hotel was filthy from lobby to room. Upon first entering my room, I found blankets on the ground and the TV on. It appeared to being used by someone else. So, I had them give me another room. But,the other room didn't have any towels. Also, the Wifi is non-existent on the 4th floor.
5.4 OK
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Hidden fees they added to price of room after I arririved... StaAdditional taxes that weren't included in price when I booked room online..carpet needed to be replaced, shower tub paint was peeling
3.1 Mediocre
Cons: The hotel was old and not taken care of. The breakfast food tasted old and stale. There was onlyy a sheet on the bed. Not sheet.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I received an excellent staff welcome (by a young man named Preston). Lobby is open and well done. Rooms are large; the dated bathroom reflects the prices, but was fine.
6.5 Good
Pros: Hotel convenient to highway for travelers. Staff was friendly & helpful. Provided needed supplies.
Cons: Hotel lobby was warm, AC not working properly, fans placed by staff helped. Hotel is in need of renovation. Carpets and wall paper in hallways needs to be replaced. Room's bedding & sheets clean but no bedspread. Hotel was cheap but a bit of TLC is needed.
4.0 OK
Cons: When I checked in the room, we had NO towels. I had to call the front desk and I still didn't receive them until about 8pm. I thought that was rediculous. Also, the heat in the room DID NOT work. I am so glad that it wasn't winter because my family and I would have frozen to death!!!!! I will NOT recommend this facility to anyone!!!!
8.5 Excellent
Cons: Love the shower
4.0 OK
Cons: We entered our room and found the a/c on full blast. Then we found that there were not blankets or bedspread on the beds. When we called the front desk, we were told to come down (we were on the 3rd floor) to pick them up because the gal at the front desk was the only staff. How can you have a 4 story Inn with 1 employee. I did not feel safe.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Near to highway and convenient parking
Cons: There was a smell initially. It's better if they can have room freshner on the day of checkin
5.0 OK
Pros: It was fairly easy on and off interstate with nearby restaurants.
Cons: Was out of breakfast items 40 minutes before breakfast time over. From 6 to 9 am. At 8:20 was out of waffle batter and out of sausage gravy. Biscuits were hard and dried out. Spiders in bathroom.
5.0 OK
Pros: Location right off the highway. Down stairs room available even though it did not have a working key card to get in and staff had to let us in.
Cons: No working door entry. Staff had to open the door to get us in with a key not a key card. Dirt build up on the floor, in the bathroom behind the door, sink area. Floor not swept, bed looked as if someone sat on it and did not pull sheets back up.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location to I-20
4.0 OK
Pros: Overnight staff was nice - The first room they put us in was so moldy.. The second room was supposed to be smoke free and it clearly was not  He was super kind about accommodating us and was so nice. The hotel itself was NOT in good condition.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Both hotel rooms were nasty , stinky and musty , Bathrooms were gross mold on bedroom walls , sheets and blankets were dirty . Very disappointed . This should have been rated 1star .
4.0 OK
Pros: The room was nice & clean
Cons: The Night Shift Clerk Is Rude Older guy , that gave me a hard time. It took him an hour to check me in after I already had reservations. He took a copy of my id & debit card 3 times. He was very rude & nonchalant.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dirty no bathroom towel bathroom door falling apart
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful people & a clean nice room
Cons: Parking lot was a bit tight yup navigate. Breakfast was not that great. Only cooked food was sausage & gravy & boiled eggs. (Though they had aw wake machine like everyone else.)
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Road leading into the property was very rough needs attention.
6.0 Good
Cons: The continental breakfast was horrible. The apple juice and orange juice (came out clear as a matter of fact) was watered down. The items available weren't appealing at all. There was also no meat at all which was a huge deal breaker for me.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean bed and hot shower been traveling and needed to rest
Cons: room was said to be non-smoking but had an ashtray and could smell smoke. I belive its a smoking room during the week and sold as a non smoking room on the weekend. My son has asthma and made it difficulty for him to sleep well. There was no others!!
