Pros:
I think I can more answer what I don't like.Cons:
1) The vehicle I was being given stuck or urine or something, 2) I made the reservation for my daughter, they wanted to put her as an additional driver, charge me extra $$, despite the fact I had another rental which I was driving. They could not change the reservation into my daughter's name as it would be problematic for them. I will NEVER NEVER rent from EUROCARD ADVANTAGE as they want to take ADVANTAGE of their customers.2.0 Poor

Didn't even rent the car. The address says Crown Point Airport. There was no kiosk. Cabbies approached us offering rides (like they always do), I said, no thanks we are renting from Europcar, they said - OH, OK, that 'guy' should be around... After pondering what to do, we walked into the visitors centre and asked the lady at the desk if she could help us, she called the 'guy'. The 'guy' said he would be there in 5 minutes. Waited 1/2 hour. Another car rental guy approached us and gave a car a the same rate. Pretty lame Mr Europcar guy8.4 Very Good

The price was great their employee jerome provided me with great customer service after the initial mishap on how to locate them.Cons:
When I airrived they didn't have a booth or info online in which to locate them. The website didn't say to go to the tourism office so I went to another rental company trying to locate eurocar in which were able to assist me because they always have customers coming in with the same problem.9.6 Wonderful

Outlined below are the elements of the experience which I really appreciated. 1. Agent was waiting for my flight to arrive at the airport 2. Car was brought to me at the airport 3. I was not required to visit the rental office 4. Car was delivered very clean and with fuel 5. Car was equipped with safety features 6. Drop off was car was very easyCons:
I usually drive an SUV, so the sedan which I rented felt very different but it's all good. It was not anyone's fault.10.0 Wonderful

Landed in tabego and Jaromey was right there waiting for us!! He gave us an intro to the island and pointed us in the right direction. His partner Deryl met us at the airport to pick up the car from us, soooo easy!!! Thanks so much guysCons:
