They had no car left and I was charged car insurance from a separate company regardless on my visa! Was with my two daughters stuck at the airport waiting to get in contact with someone from thrifty and when we did we were told it was never confirmed! Be careful when ordering theses things online! Never again will I use Kayak!

Waited half an hour in the airport for pick-up, the car was old (80.000 kilometers), the radio was old and the charge for the mobile phone wasn't working. They didn't have another car for replacement.

Reservation was made through a 3rd party, whereupon additional charges were incurred. The H1 minivan was not at the location at 0900 hrs. Final checkout time was at approximately 1035 hrs. The tollbooth easy-pass system is inadequate, in where I had to proceed through the manual operated gates. The Thrifty Montevideo office was advised by the Colonia office of the problem. Montevideo's office was also sent a message via WhatsApp, which was never answered. Take your time to inspect the vehicle for it had a lot of scratches and dents (don't forget under the bumpers and splash guards, their inspector made a point of checking these upon return). Also the windshield and other windows for my vehicle had damage to the windshield. I filmed the entire inspection.

nothing in particularThere was something wrong between Kayak and Thrifty and when we got there to get our car they did not have any car matching the description and they charged us more to get a better car. And the insurance that we got from your website together with the car rental was NOT accepted!!! Worst experience car rental ever

There wasn't anyone at the to arrange a shuttle or anything. Worst of all, when I manage to make an international call from Uruguay to US from my cell, the company representative was completely useless and offered me to call a local number and deal with it myself ;( Ended up getting a car from Europ

Pick up time was changed by phone but was never relayed to the pick up desk, which made pick up delay in over one hour.Hard to reach by phone. None of the numbers listed was available and did not answer.
