All good until the end
Pros: Car was clean and comfortable
Cons: Pick-up took a very long tine due to lack of staff. Once agents arrived it was quick and helpful. Drop-off was non-existent. No agent in office in Perpignon. No one to check car in. Sketchy instructions for leaving the car and the key...2 different places. GPS was just a mirror of my iphone maps.

Hertz customer service fail.
Pros: The car suited our needs.
Cons: On the evening before our rental concluded, we had our tires slashed while out to dinner. I called Hertz to find out how to proceed and they arranged for a tow-truck. The agent offered another car to replace and I declined as we were leaving the following morning at it was now late at night. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and he said no. A month later I get an urgent and hard to understand email from Hertz Carcasonne saying that because I didn't fill out an accident report form (this was first time i had heard of it?) I would not get my deposit back and that they would charge me additional amounts. I replied that I was on vacation in a remote region without access to printer or scanner to complete this new form I was just hearing about and requested that they send a text only version of the sections. Never heard back and just noticed my credit card has been charge again without my consent. Super disappointed in the customer service. I would recommend proceeding with caution.

Great service
Pros: Company was very helpful at pickup and helped us out with booster seats as we had been unable to book them through the site when we initially booked the car. Top service and car was spotless.
