Pros:
There was one individual that was very helpful and did her best to turn a bad situation into a good one. Based on my experience, without her smoothing things over, I would never rent from hertz again.Cons:
No one was at the location when I arrived, they didn't have my reservation, and I had to replan my entire trip having to wait for someone to show up. I ended up missing one of the few reasons I went to Norway.7.6 Good
