Love the friendly and pleasant staff. Mrs. Carolyn was an amazing help with everything. She even move us to a room that would accommodate the disability of my mother and myself.
The first night the room wasn't what I expected as far as cleanliness. We had a face cloth hanging over our tub from a previous guest and house keeping must have missed. I was truly unhappy with the amount of hair strands (look like pubic hairs) that appeared in the bathroom, the towels and face clothes didn't appear to be there best either. The young lady at the desk handed us brand new towels and face clothes and apologized for the mishap.
Always a good stay
My boyfriend and I have stayed here multiple times over the past three years. Great location. Clean and comfy rooms. And such a reasonable price! They have been very, very dependable!
Days INN Chattanooga
Not flexible to add anew extra stay which made us book on a hotel across the street, very inconvenience as we arrived on a night prior to what we booked. Hotel lobby was been remodeling and they used one of their rooms as a breakfast area, 3 tables available to the whole hotel, breakfast until 10am but by 9am no more replenishment, very poor customer service! Better go to the waffle house on the corner of street or even subway.
There wasn't t a whole lot to like view was nice. Breakfast was okay. There was sitting for everyone at breakfast.
Room was not very clean. Smelled musty there were stains on bedspread. Didn't t like outside entrance. I feel not enough info about hotel is given when you book a room.
Room had all the basic amenities, hair dryer, iron, microwave, large screen TV, comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided a simple yet adequate breakfast with hot oatmeal, cold cereal, toast, yogurt, and hot coffee.
Parking was an issue. Second night I returned late and had to park a long distance from my room. This was mostly due to a pickup towing a trailer that had taken up five spaces by itself.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!
When we first arrived for the weekend, they couldn't find our reservation. When they finally got us a room key, we get to our room to find it blazing hot with no air conditioner running. We get the AC going and I got to the bathroom to change clothes and wash my face. I wet my face and pick up a hand towel only to see that it has brown poop stains all over it. I cannot make this crap up... I freak out , so me and my husband stark looking around the room to see what else is wrong. They toilet and bathtub were dirty and the bed sheets had not been changed!! There was makeup stains on the pillows and hair in the bed! So we go to the lobby and they finally get us another room. They did not give us a discount, and the second room was much better because it had bugs in it. If it was not for the fact that it was midnight on a Friday night, and we had to be up early next morning to start setting up for a wedding, we would have gotten another hotel. WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE. DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY ON THIS DUMP. and lastly, when we were checking out, the manager who was there that Sunday morning and actually spoke English was really rude when we were telling her about our terrible experience there. She kept cutting my husband off when he was explaining what had happened when we checked in. She obviously didn't want us talking about our experience out loud in the lobby in front of the other guest. DO NOT STAY HERE! And I'm pretty sure there were prostitutes knocking on our neighbors door late that night because there was some pretty scary biker guys next door to us and they were loud. From now on I will spend more money to stay at a Hilton hotel, not a crap hole like this!!!
I didn't like anything about this place. It was filthy and the people who worked here were EXTREMELY RUDE.
Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great view from the hotel
Not much for breakfast, very dirty floors in rooms, sticky food/drink on side table and long desk.
Not enough bang for the buck
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, even though I was grumpy at our discount website for not sending our reservation yet for the hotel to be able to access.
The A/C in our room was very noisy in the evening but seemed to have gotten all the rattles out by the morning; I was too tired and it was too late to ask for service on it, and based on the friendliness of the staff we did encounter during check-in, I'm sure we would have gotten prompt and courteous service, it just wasn't worth the hassle at the time. I expected the room to be a little less dank and "old" smelling and newer furnishings and bedding for the price we were paid.
Noisy, traffic sounds, granola as a topping instead of breakfast. Watery oatmeal
Nice room clean what I expected
May want to look at putting some weatherstripping around the door could see light around door when I got up in the night
Rooms have been remodelled! Clean and comfortable! Great value! Will stay here again!
