I informed the desk person the morning after the 1st night (I had booked a 2 night stay); after stating he was the manager, he told me it was a "water bug". But, because I had video, he simply said bugs get in to the units and the exterminators can't keep them out; there was nothing he could do. He would not issue a refund. Cons (-) Walls were so thin I heard the people next door having sex, I’m glad I didn’t have any kids with me. Later I heard them snoring all night. Bathroom area was very dirty, toilet paper was seriously like 400 grit sandpaper, it was obvious they quickly tried to fix the shower and so the water either came hot boiling hot or ice cold

Pros (+) This was a great place to stop and rest before a long travel. The room was super clean and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The employees were very friendly and did their best to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable in our room. They were awesome for letting us have a late check out since our flight was later in the evening and the shuttle service was excellent. We will definitely stay...

Cons (-) I did not stay there because I was looking for an emergency overnight stay LAST weekend when my plane was unexpectedly routed to North Carolina. I was not goong to be there tbis weekend. I tried to cancel my booking 5 minutes later when I noticed the error, but no one got back to me.
