Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms generally clean, though there were multiple complaints about cleanliness issues such as dirty showers, stained carpets, and unclean pull-out beds. Some guests also mentioned problems with room amenities like air conditioning, refrigerators, and the pool being closed.
