Best value hotel in Charleston.
Pros:Staff was amazing and very helpful. The on-site restaurant has wonderful breakfast!
Cons:Broken closet door in entry hall would swing into the path of the room door. There didn’t appear to be a vent in the bathroom. The 2 person elevator policy does not work when you’re at 100% capacity and it is busy.
Pros:Great location - close to shopping and short walking distance to restaurants and things to do. The staff was fabulous and the room was great.
Cons:The water pressure was too low in the shower.
Pros:We have a 1-year-old baby that needs space to move and the rooms were perfect for it. The hotel is not new, but they have done and do a great job maintaining the comfort, I love the way everybody treated us. I recommend this hotel 100%
Cons:The only thing I would have like to have was better mattress.

Pros:Great location, beautiful hotel but more importantly fantastic customer service. Our room was not ready at check-in and we were willing to wait a few minutes. In under 15 minutes they had us checked in and gave us vouchers for free drinks and appetizers at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious (at Swap Fox) and had a great selection. Plus it conveniently had a Starbucks on site. Will definitely be back!
Cons:Elevators are 1920s size so there small with luggage but the hotel is gorgeous and embodies the Charleston spirit
Pros:Good location. Nice furnishings, decoration. Friendly staff.

Pros:The hotel was in a good location. The Bell staff was exceptional Check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean but a bit older.
Cons:Older small bathroom A/C that made loud noises randomly. This is not a modern hotel...but that's not all bad.
Pros:Clean, large room and lobby. Friendly staff. Front desk didn't text me as promised when room was ready, but otherwise ok.
