Pros:
The staff agent (Maurice) is super awesome. We also rented a car last year and this is the second time we’ve worked with him. He goes the extra mile and provided excellent all-around service.Cons:
There’s a big discrepancy between the online price we were quoted and what we actually paid. Taxes and insurance — since they are mandatory— should be reflected in the online price quote at the onset of the rental process.8.0 Very Good

Kayak should make clear that insurance is not included and needs to be added to the price shown in the booking. In addition, insurance with Allianz is not fully accepted by Alamo.ADOBE
