9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is the best. It's right in front of the ferry station of "Treporti", just 1 min walking. The ocean view from the room is stunning. Hostess was very helpful to explain everything about Venice to us which is our first time there so she helped us out with everything. Room is clean and comfortable, bathroom was spacious and I quite like the decoration. Free parking is a big bonus if you drive by car.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: Amazing hotel with really cute and comfortable rooms! The view of the sea was stunning; nothing compares to waking up to the sound of waves. Really really friendly and polite staff. Exceptionally good breakfast. The restaurant and the dishes it serves are the best we tried in Venice. Gracias-ευχαριστούμε :)

Pros: Friendly owners, high service level, good breakfirst and dinner in restaurant Very autentic, clean and cozy Nice close to venice by boat or car
Cons: We missed power outlet for charging phones, ipads and laptop Tv was placed under the ceeling, very uncomfortable to get neck back to try to watch We could not get our chromecast to work Bathroom, for us is the placement of bidet in a bathroom wich is much to small, not an option. Mirror, zink is put on the wall very low, we had to bow down. Nice place, but bathroom much to small for adult full grown scandinavians where a 178 cm and more is more than normal for us
9.2 Excellent

Cons: Air condition is for extra fee, wifi works with apple products only.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice holidays we had here with the family. All is clean, organized and a lot of space. Very beautiful surrounding, with a lot of flowers, animations for children, security staff makes feeling safe ... not many traffic inside so children can play around so is really good for families. Staff is really very kind.
Cons: Deposit 100 eur - I don't understand why this is needed. Except for one more problem for the staff in the reception. Plastic bracelets are mandatory... I hate those things, we didn't wear them and we had a lot of questions because of this. It should be at least removable. So I can put it down at least during the night. Beside I don't know why I would wear it if I paid all in advance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool perfect for my 5 year old, high quality evening shows, cool animation team, the overall family oriented campsite vibe, tasty and inexpensive restaurant right at the pool.

Cons: The double bed mattress.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities clean and organized also the staff was great
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Mosquitos are very bad at sunset. But we got mosquito spray at the store on-site and then wore long sleeves and pants for the evening this was fine but definitely this was the only real issue for all. Otherwise really fun place for kids.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The weather the first day
7.5 Good
Pros: Animation team was very good , my children enjoy lot the programs. The bungalow was comfortable and the camping was very nice with lot of flowers. The dinners in restaurant were very delicious.
Cons: Extra pay , when I check out. The checkout was very strict, I have to pay extra money for half hour longer stay. I also have to pay extra money for 4 year child. There are couple of stupid rules, e.g playground is closed during siesta - we have to leave it although there is no any staff there but security guard order it. The barrier has also closed during siesta.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean campsite with frienly staff. Nice garden, good pool for the kids. The restaurant has plenty of choice. The amimation is excellent all the day! The beach is clean, well prepared. The size of the camp is just right, not too small not too big. It is good for the kids. The security is also superb.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff and reseption
5.8 Okay
Pros: Hotel is literally located on the beach
Cons: Room was very noisy with complete lack of soundproofing, I heard every possible noise from corridor, especially if somebody watched TV in common area. Also I constantly heard noises from pipes when someone was flushing toilet upstairs.
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent location (beachfront location) Rooms very basic but clean. Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent meal for dinner. Would recommend a stay

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and Location very good - Friendly hotel with good parking and on the beach -
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small - we are not big but I do not know how larger people would fare. We did not like having to pay for beach beds and umbrella and thought it should be included in the cost
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Kindness. Waterfront. Peacefull place
Cons: The roome is hugh like a bed.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great, freshly fried eggs. Location directly on the beach is perfect.
Cons: It would be nice to have a possibility to store the luggage on the day of departure in case you will have some hours on the beach before (without additional costs).

5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was welcoming at the restaurants. The room, the linens and the towels were clean.
Cons: The PAPER-THIN walls!! I cannot stress this enough. You hear EVERY echo of every chair, high heel, luggage and door being shut. The property charges for beach chairs, the lifeguard smokes and watches his cellphone most of the time. The restaurant dinner hours are only until 9pm and it is a fixed menu. Breakfast is only until 9:30am. The scrambled eggs were over-cooked and were almost rubbery. There is not much to do besides the beach if you don’t have a car. We ended up only staying 1 night out of our 5 nights stay. Disappointed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The stuff Valentina and the manager Exelent to make your fill welcome GMParisi Qikwando
Cons: The grin the tree biutifol garden and the biche
7.5 Good
Pros: This hotel was very clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms are quite basic but sufficient for a few nights stay. Our room went straight out on to a lovely roof terrace. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast (without eggs). The location is great for a beach holiday and the transport system to Venice was very efficient. Plenty of safe parking.
Cons: Very few options for eating out if like us you don't eat at the hotel. We were the only English staying at the time and naturally everything was geared to the Italians. The walls seem very thin for an older building and so it was very noisy.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff was wonderful, we did have a language barrier but over all the atay was great
5.8 Okay
Pros: Surroundings, beach and the territory very nice
Cons: Bed too hard, no real blanket ( we traveled in November) old bathroom, smelly, same wall with another room’s bathroom, so all the noise was heard...overall not really comfortable, poor deco. Poor breakfast, although to be fair, homemade tartes were good, but very little choice. Not even an omelette or eggs... no warm milk for corn flakes...

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff at the reception, I have lost a room key and I did not incure any charge for it which was quite surprising .Beautiful beach and good facilities in the resort.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The beach and pool.
Cons: Entertainment was not that good couldn't understand what they were saying as most of the time talking in a Italian. It says English language on the website but very litter of English spoken buy entertainment stuff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the beach and the weather (September). Gentle sloping sand into the sea, which was warm and inviting. Great facilities, well stocked shop, plenty of choice in the restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good local transport links. Easy to visit Venice Murano and the other islands from here and you can buy a day traveller ticket from reception to visit these places at a reasonable price. September is a great time to visit here as it is a little quieter. I believe the site is open until November.
Cons: Although the accommodation was well priced we found the cost of the shop, restaurant and gelato bar to be high compared to other sites in the area. Also had to pay extra for WIFI, other sites in the area have free WIFI. Although it was cool enough to not need aircon in our accommodation at this time of year, if we required it we would have had to pay extra, worth remembering if you visit in the height of summer. The site was not really walking distance from local shops and restaurants and the bus stop was a kilometre from the campsite entrance. Plus, and so invasive as to prevent us sitting outside on more than one occasion, biting insects! Although I have listed a lot of negatives, these did not in any way spoil our holiday.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Froendly staff New modern, comfortable accommodation.
Cons: Not much open in May but to be expected. Early check out (9am), not being told it was that early, and being chased by staff to leave and pay, when it is quiet!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The ,location on the beach, 15 min by car to the port for a trip to Venice, a large supermarket, a nice swimming pool, a clean beach suitable for small children, a big fridge with a freezer in the mobilehome, a very good restaurant with a take-away option, a compulsory siesta from 1 to 3 p.m. (calm in the camping, even the swimming pool was closed).
Cons: The evening programmes (shows, music) end at about 23.00, so it is better to choose a location far from the central facilities to avoid the noise. Mosquitoes in the evening. No electric kettle in the mobilehome.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good restaurant & Kids loved the swimming pool area
Cons: Mosquito's were terrible all week
5.4 Okay
Cons: All the feeling from new mobile home was ruined by overcrowding...congestion of mobile homes, that limited personal space to lower than minimum.for over 150€ per night I would simply want more. Otherwise nice beach, good pools and excellent ice cream. Entertainment program in basic level.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location of the campground right at the sea, all facilities on site (shops, restaurants, entertainment, pool). Staff at the restaurant very friendly and fast!
Cons: Requiring swimming hats in the pool is a bit dated. Location and seating for evening shows is inadequate. Additional charges for final cleaning, WiFi, air con, towels and bed linen might be fairer for the people who bring their own, should however be more clearly explained in the description.
7.9 Good
Pros: Personal was very helpful. Clean beach.
Cons: Unexpected costs: wifi, air conditioner (€7 per night), bed lining (€10 per set) and towels (€10 per set), final cleaning (€70).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The camp site is located directly next to a very long sandy beach with a warm sea. Perfect for little ones that are not keen on cold water. The site is focused on the family holiday which is great for us. We will be returning for sure.
Cons: I would recommend bringing plug in mosquito deterrents as they were not sold on site. Plenty of sprays available that do a great job.

Cons: No bar
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly friendly! 15min to Punta sabioni.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is very small family-run hotel of 7 room and very well maintained and mostly exceeding all our expectations: very quiet and calm place outside of bustling Jesolo; close to boat terminal and excellent sandy beach with free beach parking. Good breakfast with plenty of fruits, milk products and pastry. Parking is free and easy. Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms with everyday' service. Bus connection. Several local restaurants (absolutely delicious food, non-touristic; so, be prepared to read menu in Italian!) and shops/supermarkets are in 5-10 min drive. Definitely we will come back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location to the boat. Owner and the staff were excellent. Free parking place and speed wifi connection.
7.1 Good
Pros: Close to port when you can catch a water bus to Venice (25 minutes per foot). Rooms ok.
Cons: Lack variety of products for breakfast. Lack of insects protection for windows - this place is high humidity and lots of insects were attacking us :) Depends it is a 3* hotel, accommodation can be done before 7 PM CET. Air conditioning set fixed on 26 Celsjus degrees max - you can't modify it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and beautiful family hotel. Close to the port ( which will easily get to Venice); also in the city there is nice beach to chill out. Breakfast is great.
7.9 Good
Pros: Hearty breakfast on the veranda.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a nice place with friendly host. We loved the generous breakfast & stay a little further from the crowd during our 2 nights visit of Venice. The port of Punta Sabbioni is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel + 30 minutes boat trip until St. Marc square. The beach was also great :-)

6.7 Good
Pros: Excellent location, lovely pool and sitting area.
Cons: Tiny bathroom, shower was appalling, tiny bedroom
6.0 Good
Pros: The exterior area/pool/lounging area is beautiful. Towels in the room are fresh and of good quality, the cleaning staff were particularly friendly.
Cons: My room was very dated, the shower hose was bent and you had to hold in one hand to shower. There was a flood somewhere I believe. I'm not sure, I think they are renovating, and I thought I would be in one of the renovated rooms, but I definitely wasn't. A few of our party were charged twice for taxis we booked, but we were in a big party so I could partly understand the confusion.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Situation was perfect for the beach and restaurants . Bus across toad for ferry to Venice. Sun beds booked for week.
Cons: Cramped bedroom space
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff is very friendly and try to offer good service but the property is outdated and has no air conditioner. The pool is great and enjoyable.
Cons: The rooms have no air conditioning. Even after complaining about it, the air was not enough to cool down the small room. The food at the main restaurant is excellent but the room is full of mosquitoes and with no air conditioning in the room it is very hard to enjoy your meal. We are full of mosquito bites. The hotel definitely needs a face lift as far as updates.
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff was amazing. Extremely helpful. Close to the beach. Good breakfast. Free parking and we got to charge our electric car for free.
Cons: The rooms are outdated. The bathroom was a nightmare. Your feet are inside the shower when you’re on the toilet and the entire bathroom is very small. Hard pillows. Would have been nice with a fridge on the room too. Poor WiFi.

Pros: Staff was super friendly!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location and swimming pool
Cons: Old facilities, terrible room furniture
7.1 Good
Pros: Ca Di Valle is a wonderful hotel, with a beautiful pool that has a lovely kidney shaped design, with one side tending to be quiet, whilst the other side the kids would play. The pool area is really pleasant, with the natural surroundings of flowers, plants, trees and some clever landscaping - even though the hotel is in a street off the beach, it still has a natural and beautiful feeling. We booked a Comfort room and an Economy room, and whilst the Comfort rooms seem to overlook the pool, the Economy room overlooked the street, which could be a little noisy (see more below). However both balconies were lovely, although the seats were a little too low to see over, but this was a minor point. The pool was always clean and a pleasure to swim in. The deepest area was only 1.4 metres, so this is not suitable for Olympians, but perfect for kids and for chilling out. The bar food was good and cocktails by the pool a joy! The included hotel breakfast was always really good as well – a buffet breakfast with cereal, innumerate flavours of croissants, melon, fruit, cheese, ham, breads, two coffee machines and a good selection of jams, plus a number of different types of milk too! It was usually quite busy in morning, but there was always a place to sit out by the pool and have breakfast. Heaven! The restaurant in the evening was not open for very long, but the food was always excellent, with a vegetable buffet included free with the meal, although whilst the menu was varied each day, the daily options were somewhat limited, especially for our Vegetarian children! However, it was very well run, the waiters very pleasant, really friendly, and they all understood a certain amount of English (to various degrees), although this isn’t really an English hotel, and we encountered no native English speakers during our stay. Cons: Noise from the neighbours! I don’t really know if this is generally the case with hotels (as we haven’t stayed in many) but the walls must be paper thin at Ca Di Valle because we could hear people talking at normal volume next door (not even shouting) and talking late at night you can hear every word. Occasionally, alarms would go off at 6am. Along with this, the flushing of toilets sound like they are pouring in through the ceiling (the pipes must go through the walls) and if you happen to be sandwiched between two rooms (as we were) you can get it from both sides, with toilets flushing on one side, sink squeals, pops and tap groans from the other, plus in our case our own toilet made a dripping noise all night, so we had to keep the toilet door closed (no biggie). The floors are made of some kind of vinyl, and invariably our neighbours upstairs would drag their chairs across the floor late at night or in the early morning, which could be disturbing. Our good night’s sleep usually would occur when people were not there, as thankfully of course people do come and go on holiday! We did ask for quiet rooms, so if these were the quiet ones, we hate to think what the loud rooms are like! Plus with kids running up and down the corridors, sometimes shouting, knocking on each other’s doors and slamming doors, we did have a few frustrating nights of sleep, until things settled down. It’s surprising how many people are not really that conscious of others need for quiet! The lack of a Kettle in the room was irritating, as we couldn’t make tea (I know, were English) which meant that we had to go to the bar for a cuppa, and my daughter (who likes to have her hot water bottle at bedtime no matter what the weather) would have to visit the bar in her Pajamas most evenings, which was a bit embarrassing! Pros: Gardens were marvelous. Sweet swan in a little pond and fish in another. Beautiful path to beach. Wonderful views. Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: Didn’t realize the distance and therefore transportation costs. Spent the same on transport as for accommodation.
7.9 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable, the staff was very nice, the room was clean. The breakfast was ok but I would have appreciated some more different types of cereal and fruits to choose from. The hotel is pretty decorated.
Cons: The aircondition in the room was noicy when adjusted to some temperatures. Don't have too high expectation to the swimming pool. It doesn't matter that much though because the hotel is located near a nice beach.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - AC in the room - Private beach including an umbrella and two sunbeds for the whole stay with no extra fee - A very nice beach - Parking next to the hotel - Nice breakfasts
Cons: - A very small bathroom, the toilet was part of the shower corner - Only one functional electric socket in the room
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location close to Jesolo and Venice. Beach bar and swimming pool available within hotel's facilities.
Cons: First night the Air-conditioning in the room was not working, but it was repaired. There was also a private hotel beach where umbrellas could be hired for €10 a day.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. They were so kind and helpful. The location was awesome, beach was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: The bathroom was so small, but to be fair it did advertise as a small room. I didn’t think it was worth the money I found it very expensive, but I think it was one of the better priced hotels in the area.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was on the small side and a bit tired but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and beach were nice.
Cons: Details don't mention that pool and beach are shared with campsite. Should be made clear as they are busier than if just the hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, really made it easy to ask for help. Breakfast was a lovely spread with a stunning view out over the beautiful gardens. The beach was lovely and clean, and all within 45 min boat journey of Venice, and a five minute walk from some lovely restaurants and a Gelateria!
Cons: There was a swan on a pond in the hotel grounds, that seemed to be caged in to a very small area. It upset me to think of a large animal like that not being able to walk freely around - or it should have been given a lot more space
