The staff member on the first night was not helpful and seemed completely confused - the fact they could not find me a room key was concerning. The lady who was around for breakfast was very helpful and nice.
Breakfast very poor - dried up curly cheese, toasters that looked way past their best When I arrived - they could not find my room key and seemed surprised to see me. On the first day, there was no how water in the shower. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. Room was on the ground floor right next to the road, the road has delivery lorries coming for the supermarket next door very early in the morning.
Location to city centre
Old fashioned decor. Cramped room and bathroom. Smelly, grotty bathroom. Torn curtains. Noisy creaky bathroom floor with odd plumbing ! Parking 5 min walk away
Friendly staff, great location, good choice at breakfast.
The bathroom was small, minimal hot water from the sink tap.
The lady running the breakfast service was wonderful. Central location and cheap parking
Shower didn't work - the tray kept filling up Toilet was a toilet which was used on an airline previously Everything was tired looking and quite grubby Definitely not value for the money they charge Feels like you are walking into someones house not a hotel
Small family like atmosphere. Good sized room for two kids and two adults.
A bit hot. But the staff had stationed two fans.
