We had a large group and so we stayed in three 2-br condos. The staff was nice enough to put our rooms close together. We were there for Christmas and the rooms lacked some basics that would have been more helpful. Pros (+) The room was big open A lot of room to entertain
Cons (-) The sink and tub had hair in it when we arrived. One lamp on/off switch was broken and looked like a fire hazard There is no fan in the bathroom So you have to keep a door open and wait for steam to disappear then move forward

Pros (+) Location is good. Close to running trail. Has on site pool, play room for young kids and spa for adults

Pros (+) The location and the condo itself was nice.
Cons (-) When we finally let the housekeeping staff in to replace towels and clean up, we were left with no clean towels or facecloths or bathmats. They didn't take our dirty washcloth that was left in the kitchen sink and leave a replacement. and they didn't even sweep the dust bunnies that were everywhere. So they pretty much made our beds and took our dirty bath towels and facecloths. That's it.

Pros (+) The layout of the room, great amenities
Cons (-) The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Little to no parking for a tall vehicle (I had a suburban with a Yakima on top so I didn't fit in their parking garage). Air conditioner didn't work. Ask for someone to fix it everyday we were there. Had to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour for someone to come.

Pros (+) I liked the location of the resort I liked the room I liked the underground parking I liked the attached spa
Cons (-) I didn't like the noisy neighbors Friday and Saturday nights!!! I didn't like getting double charged for the stay especially when I asked at check out if there would be any charges and they said no. The charges did get reversed but I had to do all the leg work! I didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant/bar in the resort I didn't like that they didn't have an atm onsite

Pros (+) I stayed in a two bedroom suite in the Aurora suites and it was 100% the best stay of my week in this area. The accommodations are luxury, and very clean and comfortable. I could have stayed here for another month or two, it had everything I needed.
