The accomodation s were big enough for my family and then some.
Excellent value for money in terms of space and amenities. Will stay there again!
Loved the nice clean rooms, large kitchen table, location and ease of booking and check in.
We found a few essential cooking items missing, baking pan and coffee.
Great to have a kitchen in the suite
We specifically askedto be booked into an upper suite but were not and the noise coming from the people above us was unacceptable. Constant walking around and banging noises started at 5:30 in the morning both nights. Did not get a restful sleep. Unless the property shows some consideration in this matter we will not book there again.
The staff was very responsive to requests and accommodated our need for parking even though a parking space was not guaranteed from our booking. The emails before our stay were very informative, and check in and check out couldn't have been easier.
I only found out why we were getting a more discounted room (because it was right below the hot tub and prone to a lot of foot traffic) by email AFTER we made the non-refundable payment. This information should have been in the booking information; we could have made a more informed booking choice if we had all the information.
