Amazing staff, good food, beautiful lobby, perfect location. Walking distance to coco bongo, quick bus to shopping. Spa: 10/10. Customer service 10/10. Super responsive staff- most of the time. Great beach. Shallow pools, lukewarm hot tubs, no Netflix or balcony in our room. No airport transportation. Rather expensive. Same price at other more modern hotels with more services.

Pros (+) Beach quality, friendly staff and cleanliness. Also, location.
Cons (-) The jacuzzi’s were not heated. There were rainy days when we stayed so the water was freezing it would have been nice to get in a hot jacuzzi.

Pros (+) The friendly staff and comfort of resort. Felt completely rested and relaxed. Javier pool/beach concierge was very helpful and make sure the beach is clean and safe. Humberto hotel concierge very friendly helpful and does not try to talk you into stuff you don’t want to do. Gladys is the most friendly beach club server and the others are good too. I will return there again and again.
Cons (-) The birds who fly in in the morning to steal my breakfast at the morning buffet.

Cons (-) Security would randomly ask you what your room number was as If you couldnt be staying there, as If we were intruders, they only kept asking us as if we were lying; honestly I felt like it was because we were black. And because of that I would never stay there again. The food wasnt that good as well.

Cons (-) No airport transfer was a disappointment, But i believe very limited hotels is providing that service in Cancun. It would be really nice to have it even with a fee...
