Obviously influenced a bit by a free upgrade to a superior room, but it's hard to single anything out as more special than the rest. The bed was superb, though! Fantastic decor and Christmassy in a sophisticated way. All staff excellent.
Struggling to think of anything to be honest. I suppose it would remove some anxiety if it were possible to reserve parking, but in practice not an issue save at weekends I gather.
Excellent room, very helpful staff, well-cooked breakfast.
Bed was OK, and near the City centre.
Room was extremely small, not even a place to hang your coats, bathroom tiny toilet also extremely small, crack on bathroom sink. Bar prices were exorbitant. Do not mind paying more for drinks in some hotels, but this was ridiculous, we paid 13euros for one tiny port. On website rooms look much larger and it is deceiving.
Exceptional hotel with great service
the breakfast area looks super nice and breakfast is tasty. The people on the counter were very patient end supporting.
It was too warm in the room for sleeping and I could not lower the temperature, even though I put the heating on 16 degrees. The shower was super hot, and again I could not lower the temperature
