Price was exorbitant.
The coffee, the decor, the small touches, fresh juice not carton etc.
Perfect location near Harvard University, centrally located yet quiet, great amenities, excellent farmstand-style restaurant “Henrietta’s.” Avis car rental in house, you book at the Avis desk near the elevators, pick up the car in the hotel garage. Perfect!
Room prices on the high end, but overall quality, services and location still make it worthwhile.
Location to everything
Was charged for something in room that we did not use. Was able to get resolved at front desk. Service did not replace certain items in bathroom ie toilet paper, shower cap, more body wash, etc.
I liked the location being so close to Harvard. The room was great and fell a notch above what I was expecting.
The pool was not part of the hotel but connected and therefore had weird restrictions on kids using the pool.
