Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Harvard and city attractions. The staff and service received many positive mentions for being friendly, professional, and helpful. Cleanliness and room comfort were also highlighted, with several guests noting spotless rooms and cozy atmospheres. Amenities like complimentary coffee, tea, and water stations were appreciated, as were thoughtful touches such as heated bathroom floors and well-designed spaces. However, some guests mentioned noise issues, small room sizes, and occasional difficulties with temperature control as minor drawbacks. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making it a highly recommended stay.

Eliza, Jan 2019
Pros (+) room was very clean, bathroom and shower were great. I loved the balcony. Check in/out was quick and simple. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons (-) The room at night was unbearably hot. Tried to turn down the heat, that didn't work. It was so hot I even tried to turn on the AC.
