Staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. And the rooms were very comfortable.
I loved everything -- the king sized bed was comfy, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I like to walk barefoot on the carpeted floor and my feet didn't feel dirty afterward, as they sometimes do with hotel rooms. I don't know if it was just not a busy season, but I heard no noise outside of the room. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and I took a quick bike ride using their bike loaner and it was really very nice.
The location is a bit on the outer edges of Boston and far walk from the train, so we just used a cab the whole time. Also the view I had was inwards towards the building (not outside), but it really wasn't that big of a deal.
Staff is incredible! Service was the best we ever had in a hotel. Access to bikes, kayaks make the visit to Boston such a perfect experience! Rooms are nice and cozy!
Great location for getting into Downtown Boston for someone familiar with the city
It might be a little most challenging for someone who doesn’t know the city to deal with the transit options to get to and from the hotel
Very clean room. Very nice bed and linen. Comfortable chair.
An alluring courtyard with an interactive celestial sculpture welcomes guests to our storybook getaway on the Charles River. While Kimpton Marlowe emphasizes luxury and lavish style, it also links the intellectual and innovative spirit of Boston and Cambridge. Guests attend to the mind, body and soul in rooms that feature deep hues and (often) sensational views; thoughtful amenities place a focus on staying fit, pampered and well-fed—thanks to Bambara Kitchen + Bar—while in our care.
