A good hotel but not beyond that
Good service.nice pool and spa . Great view . The food was normally good
Very noisy room as you can here people talking in the lobby. Room is very big and functional without no touch .
The pool and location is great
The food was awful and the beer options were very poor .
Rooms
Place was very nice. Rooms not very nice. Beds very hard and much need to renovate. Rooms did not match hotel. We loved everything besides rooms. Food was really good.
Rooms need to be updated.
not perfect, but end result was very nice, and we would return
Friendly, well maintained and very clean. Many choices for all inclusive food, drinks, snacks. Nice fitness center. Had fun view of harbor and dolphins center below resort. pool area large with several options. include wifi worked well. Large purified water dispenser in room is nice touch. Loved the included coffee/cupcake shop.
Shifted to "upgraded view room" on check in. No King option, not a junior suite and due to excessive wind related noise was not acceptable... offered alternative after first saying they had none but was in a poor location.... finally got very nice room after we got cranky. Included food options good, food was generally good, not great. Housekeeping missed a day once wasn't end of the world. We're not helpful on phone before trip regarding airport transportation... assume $80 each way. Could have had more shade at pool.
we were celebrating our son and his girlfriends' college graduation
lots of food and drink, very welcoming, clean, the entertainment staff my favorite Linda, Ricky,Lily and Pako are amazing the they work so hard! Also Diego and Juan our poolside waiters made sure we always had adrink in our hands! We always enjoy white night great entertainment and fun! Close to town
rooms are dated, the beach picture has to be 30 years old, difficult to regulate the AC. Should have theme night at the club. Another restaurant for dinner maybe hibachi Japanese?
Convenient Location
We had not been all that impressed with the Cabo area in the past, but really liked the location of this resort for easy access and views of the Marina, as well as the private ocean beach and proximity to downtown. We generally prefer the Carribean side of of the Yucatan Peninsula for the clear blue waters there, but this vacation definitely had us re-considering the Cabo area for future destinations, and especially liked the very tip for location. A very good value and experience overall!
The food and service were good, and the amenities and resort overall were far better than average, but I would not say necessarily upscale.
Great location.
Something was stolen from our room twice. We kept seeing roaches in the room. The beds are too firm. You can hear all conversations in the hallway.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance to the Marina. The Cupcake cafe was great for the morning coffee.
The rooms needs updating. The food was average.
Loved the tranquility, pool staff was friendly, liked proximity to downtown. Enjoyed many pools and night club.
The food was not very good. Some of the bartenders were not very friendly.

Great value for the resort. Staff was knowledgeable and attentive, location was excellent.
I couldn't swim in the pacific but that's nature, not the resort
