The modern design of the hotel (especially the bathrooms) is very well thought through, the courtyard is very pleasing.
The building was very clean and the staff tried to speak English to us although it was hard for some of them to understand us. The restaurant food was superb. We enjoyed our stay here on the whole.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the bottom sheet didn't fit it properly. We also had problems with mosquitos but that can't be helped.
Restaurant decoration, but very expensive.
Very expensive, bad quality/price ratio. not very well located, but is small city, can go everywhere by foot.
Some of the reception staff were very helpful. I suspect the bar and restaurant would have been more congenial had the place not been surrounded by roadworks.
We broke a glass by accident and were charged for it on the bill. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.
I thought the reception staff were well informed and friendly, and the location was very good.
The restaurant was very poor - my daughter had finished her meal before my son and I were served.
The lovely business boutique Hotel Opera enjoys a privileged location in a quiet street in the centre of Burgas, only 200 metres from the main square. The unique and refined retro design of the Opera, the comfortable rooms with a free Internet connection will make your stay a very pleasant one. All units have a flat-screen TV, a balcony, a minibar, a safe, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The restaurant has a unique design, inspired by the Middle Ages; a team of sculptors from the Academy of Arts in Sofia has created a true masterpiece of the interior design. The property offers underground parking. There are 3 small 2-storeyed halls, connected by an exquisite staircase, a terrace as well as a summer garden and a bar.
