Great location. Classy. Great food and staff.
It’s getting old. Renovation is a must for all rooms.

OkayApr 20105.7
The facade of the hotel is nothing special- a 19 or 20 story brick building; however, the lobby is very pretty with spiral staircases and marbe pillars. The rooms are a good size and very clean.
They charge for the internet, for the water in the room, for the coffee machine in the room, and they charged me $20 US dollars for a collect call to my credit card company. Given that this is one of the more expensive hotels in Buenos Aires, this type of nickel and diming of guests is offensive. When you enter the hotel there are always 5 or 6 people waiting to open the door, yet when I could not set up the wireless connection and was connected to the business center,no one answered the phone-prefer having good service rather than the appearance of good service. The gym, which is advertised as state of the art, consists of a few treadmills and bikes and a universal machine and a few dumbells.Shower took 15 mins to get warm.
