Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning proximity to city attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The size and spaciousness of the rooms are also highlighted as positives. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests noting dirty linens, dusty rooms, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests experiencing helpful staff and others reporting unresponsiveness or cold attitudes. Bed comfort and amenities are generally adequate but not exceptional. Overall, the location and room size stand out as the hotel's main strengths, while cleanliness and service could be improved.
