Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. Some guests also appreciate the breakfast and spacious rooms. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty linens, towels, and bathrooms. Bed comfort is another recurring issue, as several guests found the mattresses and pillows uncomfortable. Service is criticized in some reviews for being rude or disorganized. Overall, while the location and breakfast are highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, bed comfort, and service.
