Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and accessing tourist attractions. Some reviewers highlighted the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the beds. However, there were frequent complaints about service quality, including poor communication, lack of staff presence, and delayed responses to issues. Noise disturbances, both from construction and poor sound insulation, were mentioned multiple times. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with several guests noting unclean rooms and maintenance issues. Room sizes were also considered small by some, and steep or narrow stairs posed accessibility challenges.
