Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for their travel needs and close to attractions. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, especially at the front desk. Some guests appreciated the spacious rooms and noted efforts in noise reduction. However, there were recurring issues with breakfast quality, room cleanliness, and maintenance problems such as broken fixtures and intermittent hot water. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, some aspects of the facilities and amenities left room for improvement.

Pros (+) Live jazz with drop in performers was dynamite to come home to after a long day working! My room had beautiful wall paintings of a large bird and enormous, luminous trees - really made me feel special each day. Great place to start and finish each day!
Cons (-) I picked the hotel for the location, convenience of the parking garage, and funky feel. I was not disappointed.

Pros (+) Great value for what we paid. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nearby area is interesting to walk around for window shopping and eating. Breakfast quality is great.
Cons (-) They charge an additional fee that includes breakfast, wifi, and use of the fitness center. It would be more straightforward to include that in the base rate.
