Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had a largely negative experience at this hotel. Many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, small room sizes, poor customer service, and a disappointing breakfast. The location is often described as inconvenient or unsafe, although a few guests appreciated its proximity to the subway. Some positive notes include affordable pricing, quiet rooms, and occasional mentions of friendly staff. However, repeated complaints about unreturned deposits, lack of amenities, and uncomfortable facilities overshadow the positives for most guests.
