Pros (+) Great views of Manhattan. Easy to get to and nicely decorated. Great staff very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this to others.

Upon arrival, we were immediately disappointed: the lobby area was less-than-inviting, front desk was rude, but we thought we would try to give it a shot, so we proceeded with check-in.
