Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for city access, medical appointments, and events. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms, with several highlighting the positive atmosphere and unique building design. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the on-site restaurant and bar received positive remarks for food quality and value.
