The only negative comment I can make is that their restaurant/room service food is mediocre at best. Given that restaurants in that neighborhood are few and far between upgrading their food quality would make staying there all that much better.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for city attractions, train stations, and parklands. Many found the staff to be helpful, pleasant, and accommodating, and several reviews highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, the parking situation was a frequent source of frustration, with many describing it as difficult or daunting to navigate. While most feedback on service was positive, a few guests reported negative experiences with certain staff members. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, service, and cleanliness, though parking remains a notable drawback.AI-generated from customer reviews
