The management are rude and unreasonable - I begged many time for a cancellation refund due a serious family issue where I could not stay a full 2 weeks out befre . I even. tried to ask for a different date but the hotel was seemingly booked out every day for the following 2 months so they could have filled the room in 24 hours but NO they made a bad & stressful situation for me even worse the jet...
