It was very cheap and in a good location. Parking was fine. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was nice.
The rooms were tiny and dated. The shower and entire bathroom worked off a Sani flow system, which meant that every 30 seconds or so a loud blending sound comes from the toilet, when using the sink or in the shower. No extractor in the bathroom so it steamed up and was very humid.
One room was really nice, had two singles and a double bed. Beds were lovely and toilets and showers were clean. Room 17
However the other room was disgusting, it had a horrible smell and there wasn’t even a toilet in the room. Room 16
It sells itself as the best value hotel in Brighton and it might well be. Location great, in the heart of the regency area and close to the beach, without being noisy
It's shabby in places and the breakfast was very ordinary, but you get what you pay for
Comfortable beds, decent sized room, clean, glad of a kettle and lovely biscuits in the room.
Oh the stairs Lots of lots of them! But these were clearly highlighted on the website. Breakfast- continental, ok nothing to highlight here.
Clean and a very comfy mattress. staff were friendly and very welcoming
To hot even for me had to open the window and turn off radiator alot of stairs to climb but we were on the top floor and we were told pre booking there is no lift
