The location is good, near the beach, although not sea view actually. I arrived very late in the night but still got check in without any problem, even got a upgraded room.
The building looks a little bit aged, well it is still fine.
The location was perfect and the view was lovely! If you like cosy and compact: perfect. If you like a little bit of "kitch" perfect. We had a lot of luggage and it was very difficult to manoeuvre around the room (four poster bed). The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a car park very close by (paid) and there is a loading bay right outside to offload luggage before parking. In that respect great accommodation.
Room too small; expected something a little bigger.
View from my room
No lift but no big issue
The location was good & plenty to do around.
I asked for an accessible room due to myself & husband being disabled (this was a 3rd wedding anniversary treat) and we were put right up the top. Safe to say we are in alot of pain.
Location was super
The hotel was scruffy. The room had a damp smell to it and we had to ask for pillow cases and so we were relocated to a room at the top which was ok. The noise of the plumbing woke us up at 5am!!This room was only available for 2 out of the 3 nights and so we were asked to move back into the original room. We did not know this when we relocated! My daughter opened the window to let the air in (damp smell out) and the pane of glass fell out, quite spontaneously and we were then charged £50 for the broken window!! Not really what we had expected from the photos and descriptions. The staff, however, were delightful but there was not much they could do with the poorly presented building. I have certainly stayed in better, similar priced hotels in Brighton
