Pros (+) Proximity to main attractions, beach, pier etc.
Cons (-) Rooms are poorly maintained, dated, holes in curtains, broken taps, no bar fridge. The rooms are very tired looking and in need of a serious makeover. Sea view rooms didn't help as the windows were so dirty one could r see through them!

Cons (-) Hotel is very grubby and old. Holes in curtains, grubby rooms, broken taps, no hot water led to a very mediocre stay.

Pros (+) Great stay, comfortable and clean. The staff are just so lovely and friendly.
Cons (-) Shame no wifi. Kind of feel that nowadays it should be free and 17.95 a day is extortionate.
