Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location and convenience for exploring the city, with many reviews highlighting its proximity to attractions and transport. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of amenities such as air conditioning and elevators, as well as issues with cleanliness and service. Some found the value for price lacking, citing basic facilities and outdated rooms. While a few guests mentioned friendly staff and good breakfast, negative experiences with service and noise were common. Overall, the location is the standout feature, but improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and facilities.
