Pros: New and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious parking.
Cons: As the hotel is located quite some distance from the city center, the absence of a restaurant forces guests to have a car in order to get to a dinner restaurant.

Pros: The hotel owners are warm and friendly - she's from New York, he's a former French sailor - if your French is rusty, it's a perfect place for Americans to get their bearings. Breakfast was perfect - croissants, fabulous coffee, yaghurt, juice. And the room was simple but roomy, and very clean and comfortable. Great place for kids, and it's in a lovely area.
Cons: The only thing was that there was a nice deep tub/shower, great soft towels, but no shower curtain. There was no way to keep the water in the shower - so we wasted very nice towels.

Pros: This is a small, provincial hotel located in a major regional center, Brest. The hotel is "state of the art" new and immaculate. The staff is warm and welcoming. I was delighted with the property. It met my needs -- completely. It was quiet, too!

Pros: Lovely hotel - very modern and clean. Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are really well appointed and so quiet. Breakfast was brilliant.
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was good, close to transports and shopping areas. The service was nice and friendly. Merci bien! The hotel is environment friendly, the double windows are effective in blocking the sounds from the street. The first day there was no choice of decaf tea or coffe in the room unless I paid extra, but on the second day there was a caf free alternative, the staff paid attention to the guests.
Cons: The (spring?) bed was not very comfortable and the room was small. The sheets were very harsh and itchy and there was a fee for requesting a change of sheets. The room has wall to wall carpet. The only nuxe toiletrie that did have the typical nuxe smell was the shower gel/shampoo and there was no hair conditioner. I don´t like rooms with connecting doors.

Pros: The location is very good, near to the train station but also within a walking distance from the city centre and the port. Everything was clean. The room had a window to the street, but it was still quiet. The breakfast was a good French-style buffet with some local specialties.
Cons: No big problems. The person at the reception desk was also taking care of the breakfast, which meant sometimes you need to search them to get/leave the key, and that the front door is sometimes locked and you have to find your way through the restaurant.

5.8 Okay
Pros: the location is great.
Cons: the air conditioning in the room and the cleanliness is not okay.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location of hotel very good, staff very helpful and welcoming.
Cons: Slightly old-fashioned rooms (which I don't mind at all). But breakfast for 16 euros did not have a good rapport qualite/prix.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Not much
Cons: The fact that I booked this hotel was that it was supposed to have sea views on arrival to find out that only one room infact had a sea view if you stood in the right place was no funny. The only parking was a parking meter outside that would only let you pay for 4 hours at a time until 6.30 in the evening then you had to get up before 9o'clock in the morning to put money in the meter so you did not get a ticket.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was just perfect! The bed was SO comfortable and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. It's also a pretty cute hotel - kind of art deco. I was there three nights for a conference and it was exactly what I needed. Super well located for exploring Brest too!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very central Nice staff Balcony Quiet Comfortable
Cons: While the lobby is impressive, my room did not quite keep up with the first impression. It looked rather tired... It is a bit pricey if you consider the room.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is gourgeous, close to the sea with a beautifull view. Possibilities to have long nice walks along the coastline (hours !!). A small pitouresk beach is nearby although it requires some climbing along the path when getting back to the hotel. The menu card is very limited in the evening although the dishes offerred are very good. The best choice is the 'menu du jour', good quality and value for your money. If you want peace and tranquility, this is the place to be.
Cons: Rather far of from the Center of Brest. If no transportation is available, a taxi will be needed. Somewhat difficult to reach the hotel with public transporation and by foot it is at least a 2 to 3 hours walk along the coatline. Evening dinner is only served in a very short timeframe.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It's a small hotel, close to a little beach, almost outside Brest. Easy access to the city and to the countryside beyond. Very nice and friendly staff.
Cons: Can't think of anything - it was really great.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: View to the beach and harbor
Cons: Hard bed and old rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly owners, nothing made complicated and fantastic views from the Hotel.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: I am sorry to say that I am really struggling to find some positives. The only element that occurs to me is the view out of the front of the property. But don’t be fooled into thinking that the location is good, it’s not, the hotel is built on an industrial estate. We were left dumbfounded when on arrival we discovered that this property had been built on a designated industrial estate. What were the owners thinking ?
Cons: I don’t know where to begin. The room was dirty. The walls were not painted properly. The towels were grey instead of the intended white ( they must have been years old). Paintings on the wall weren’t hung correctly. The pillows were so thin they could have been mistaken for handkerchiefs. You couldn’t find a more basic outfitting if you tried, this room was sparse. The view at the front of the property was fine but to the side and rear you realize that you are on an industrial estate. We paid for 3 nights but walked out after one leaving a further two nights paid for but unused. This place is a complete rip off. I believe the blurb on the hotel is overrated and exaggerated. If you expect little to nothing for your money then you may come away satisfied, otherwise avoid like the plague.
6.7 Good
Pros: Typical continental breakfast - as expected
Cons: There was no evening meal service and any local bars/restaurants closed at 7pm. In order to get an evening meal I had to drive into the centre of Brest. Not a difficult drive, but not convenient either.
4.2 Okay
Pros: View from room.
Cons: It’s not a hotel it should be listed as a B&B not having hotel facilities it only serves breakfast. A hotel should have a Bar and restaurant this had neither. Location remote in an industrial area over 9km to nearest restaurant. Having looked it up we expected so much more reviews were misleading. Could not recommend as a place to stay if visiting Brest for a holiday.
4.6 Okay
Cons: to remote
