Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for city access, the beach, and local attractions. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and outdated facilities. Breakfast quality and service were frequently criticized, with complaints about poor food, long waits, and lack of staff. While a few guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated friendly staff interactions, the overall sentiment was negative due to issues with maintenance, hygiene, and guest services.AI-generated from customer reviews
