Room comfortable The meals in the bar were good value
The room was too hot
Very clean. Taking special measures to combat spread of current virus eg “space age” no touch hand sanitiser dispensing globes in all the public areas. Very welcoming helpful staff. I stayed an extra day in a different room and my luggage was moved for me while I was out walking on the beach.
Balcony room was too hot and the radiators were hot the whole time. I couldn’t open a window as it was too windy to keep the patio door open. Also in that room the furniture layout seemed strange. No chair to enjoy the amazing sea view - a sofa with its back to the window. I spent a lot of time standing up. The view was worth it!
Nicely decorated room. Great layout. Lovely view.
Team were a little disorganised but got there eventually. Missed that I had upgraded our room and our specialist package was not ready in the room meaning we had to wait in bar but were really apologetic and we got there in the end! Lots of maintenance work going on in reception areas leading it to look a little untidy
Excellent location for Bournemouth, just a 5-10 min walk to the Pier and town. Hotel has a car park - but I did get lost trying to locate this! As I wasn't leaving straightaway the next day, I checked if it would be OK to leave my car in the car park or if I would need to move it, and they kindly let me keep it there for a couple more hours which was appreciated.
The room we had was quite small and very hot. Better signage/directions to the car park would be helpful! The postcode didn't direct me to where I needed to go and I had to call my friend who arrived before me to help!
First it was a dog friendly hotel. Staff very accomodating. Had a room with a balcony and a view, wonderful.
Hotel rather hot, maybe turn down the heating.
Staying at the Marsham Court Hotel means enjoying a great vacation on the South Coast of England; there is much to do in the area besides heading to the beach, there is also the benefit of proximity – the hotel is located right in the middle of town, and it is 5 minutes not just from the beach, but from the best shopping and dining in Bournemouth. The hotel can do much for guests, including hosting some of the most elegant weddings on the coast, and there is also a lot of great meeting space, so it is an ideal location for a business retreat. The swimming pool on site is heated, and kids under 5 years old eat for free at the hotel.
The rooms at the Marsham Court Hotel are dog friendly and come in the standard single, double, twin, and family rooms. There are many other room types. Some rooms come with a sea view while others have a balcony attached to the room. All of the rooms have free Wi-Fi and they are all equipped with desks and dressers so it is easy to store all your clothes and beach gear. With afternoon tea, the bar, and the restaurant there are a ton of different dining options available, and you can even get a complimentary bottle of Prosecco upon request.
The Marsham Court Hotel offers much in the way of luxury to travelers looking to enjoy Bournemouth and the South Coast. Staying at this hotel is a great way to see some of the best that this area of England has to offer.
