Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality of the breakfast. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues in rooms and public areas, as well as discomfort with beds and mattresses. While some guests enjoyed the amenities and found the hotel to be a good value, others were dissatisfied with maintenance and hygiene standards. Overall, the positives centered on service, breakfast, and location, but cleanliness and bed comfort were notable concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Appreciated having a room with a refrigerator, although the freezer compartment was too small for anything except ice trays and TV dinners. I like cold juice, so the regular compartment was fine for this purpose. I would make sure I have a room with a small refrigerator the next time, too.
Cons (-) Had to ask the staff to turn off an alarm clock in the neighboring, unoccupied room. The alarm sounded loudly at 6AM through the wall. The staff turned off the alarm for the following night. Thank you!
Pros (+) Comfortable bed. Clean. Good breakfast.
Cons (-) There was a big snowstorm in the area that kept messing up the satellite signal on the direct TV.
