Quiet and convenient location.
No room cleaning during the week. The price was too much.
The king size bed room was spacious and very welcoming. The only thing I was missing was a microwave.
One of the young ladies who didn't appear to be in a great mood allowed it to show at the front desk. Thankfully she wasn't helping me --everyone else was very pleasant. Also when I was waiting for the elevator a couple housekeepers that were cleaning rooms (suppose to get off at 7:30pm--that's how loud they were); they were swearing and just loud to be in a environment.
Ty Warren the check in receptionist was incredible. He was very accommodating and we all had a better experience because of it!
Staff was awesome
Staff was very helpful and really cared to make sure you stay way awesome. Ty really helped me out and was really nice.
I wish the gym had weights as well.
Beautiful/spacious room, very comfy bed, nice bathroom (beautiful shower)
A little far from the interstate and restaurants, but still a convenient location.
Hyatt Place Birmingham Inverness
The location was great.
Poor customer service. Poor house cleaning. Hot and cold water lines were crossed on the sink faucet. Unstable water temperature in the shower. The water temperature cycled from cold to hot. Caution had to be taken to prevent getting burnt by the hot water. Hotel staff ignored my complaints about the water. Nothing was done to solve the problem.
needs more water pressure in shower
Construction was a bit of an issue
Of course, the staff was great.
But the construction made the entrance clog up.
Would definitely recommend
The staff was very friendly and supportive. The greeted us when we came and went. Breakfast was also a big plus and the variety was pretty good. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Although we were on the top floor, we didn't hear any noise from either guests on the sides of our room. Finally, I made a mistake booking our accommodations, and the staff worked with us to rectify our situation. Otherwise, we would have had to find another hotel.
There wasn't any negative. Renovations were taking place, but we were told ahead of time of where they would be working.
Great stay for a good price
I enjoyed the two beds and kitten plus a couch for around $100
Staff very friendly Clean and comfy beds Free wifi and parking
Breakfast was not good
