Friendly staff. Comfy bed
Stains all over the carpet. Rooms quite dated
A friendly well placed modern hotel. A good size room and comfy bed (although a little creaky). It was good to have water in the room and tea making facilities. A musician was playing in the bar which was a nice unexpected extra. The breakfast was very well priced (£16 for the two of us) and was of a good quality. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was situated next to a car park which was really handy.
If I was being picky the bathroom sink needed updating. There was some noise from outside but it was ok and you could ask for a quiet room. We also had disruption in the middle of the night from someone shouting outside our room which was just bad luck.
Good location, nice rooms, check in staff nice.
Chaotic breakfast on day 1, lots of stuff ran out and wasn’t replaced. Quite a few complaining.
The bed was comfy. The lady that seated us at breakfast was very friendly and chatty.
The air con didn't work properly (didn't cool the room down) and couldn't open the window because it was very noisy with drunks waiting for taxis, and we had one drink in the bar on the Saturday night and the lady serving was very miserable and didn't smile once , ( she seemed like she didn't want to be there).
Lovely staff. Room clean and functional. Comfy stay
Really not happy with the single use plastic freebies and bottled water in the room. So unnecessary and not good for the planet My partner was most irritated by the poor coffee machines which ran out and also made really not great coffee. There was a lack of glasses for orange juice and no jugs for milk for tea
